All Day Care at Legacy Academy

Legacy Academy is continuing to offer weekday all-day care for children 7 - 12 years old during the COVID-19 outbreak.   Hours are 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.  Due to the county-mandated limits on gatherings, enrollment space is limited.

Daily tuition is $35.00 for one child or $60.00 for 2+ siblings while the weekly fee is $150.00 for one child or $250.00 for 2+ siblings.  Parents are asked to provide their children with a daily box or sack lunch but the academy will provide the youngsters with snacks.

New Games at the Legacy Academy!

The Legacy Academy Activity Center in Fitchburg added two wonderful new games to its lineup of table games and arcade games in March.  A Lane Master bowling alley has been placed in our 2nd floor "Kids Wonderland" play area and a Let's Go Island two-seat shoot 'em up game in which the players fend off pirates, angry sharks, and other fierce characters has been added to our 1st floor.  Both games were purchased from Bullseye Games in Madison which also expertly installed them. 

All 34 table games and arcade games at the Legacy Academy are always set on free play.  Their use is included with the open gym admission fee of $6.00 per child or with the birthday parties that are reserved here.  Youngsters open gym sessions are offered daily, 365 days a year!

Holiday Youngsters Open Gym Hours

A great way to spend some quality time with your children over the holidays is to take them for an open gym visit to the Legacy Academy Activity Center.  To make it as easy as possible, the academy will host its regular weekday open gym hours on all of the holidays.

Open Gym Hours on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day will be as follows:

 9:30 am to 5:00 pm.  

The open gym admission fee of $6.00 per child entitles your family to a play session of up to two hours.  Of course, all 34 of our table games and arcade games will be set on free play, as usual.

Are you a little ambivelent about clowns?   It seems that they often get a mixed reception nowadays.  In any case, we have a new game coming soon that the kids (& dads) will enjoy . . .

We expect Bullseye Games of Madison to be delivering this fun new ball throwing game to Legacy Academy by mid to late November.

Halloween Open Gym Special at Legacy Academy

Happy Halloween ! !

The Legacy Academy Activity Center in Fitchburg will be hosting an all-day open gym session on Wednesday, October 31 from 9:30 am to 8:30 pm.  The admission fee for a play session of up to two hours will be half-price at $3.00 per child.  All children (who survive the Haunted Castle) will also receive a treat or treat goody bag.

Before School & After School Programs / 2018-19 School Year

The Legacy Academy Activity Center is offering an After School Care program during the 2018 - 19 school year exclusively to students 7 to 12 years old who attend the nearby Stoner Prairie elementary school and the Verona Area International School in Verona.  Transportation to the academy shall be provided by Badger Bus following the end of each school day. 

The After School weekly tuition is $60.00 for one child or $100.00 for two or more siblings.  The daily tuition option is $20.00 per child or $40.00 for 2+ siblings.

Upon arriving at the academy the students will have access to the computers, gymnastics & tumbling equipment, swing sets, playsets, play houses, jumping towers & landing pits, climbing ropes & nets, table games, and arcade games at our 8,000 square foot indoor playground facility.  The children will also be treated to a snack item everyday.  The parent pickup time is anytime up until 6:00 pm.

In addition, the Legacy Academy will be offering a Before School program on "late start" Mondays.  The academy will be open on Mondays by 7:00 am for student drop-offs.  The participating students will be transported to the Stoner Prairie school building by the start of their classes at 9:35 am.  The weekly tuition for the Before School program is $20.00 for one child or $30.00 for two or more siblings.

The Before School program is available for children 5 to 12 years of age.  This age range has been previously approved by the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families.
